Impact Days is Moldova's leading conference for entrepreneurs and organisations building businesses with social and environmental impact. Now in its fourth consecutive year, it brings together local and international speakers, impact-driven business owners and change-makers to share real examples, practical ideas and connections that move things forward.
Impact Days 2026 takes place on 5–6 June 2026 in Chișinău, Moldova. Full venue details will be announced to registered participants ahead of the event.
The conference is designed for entrepreneurs, founders, NGO leaders, social enterprise managers and professionals who want to grow their business or organisation in a more responsible, sustainable and community-connected way. Whether you are just starting out or scaling an existing impact venture, you will find relevant content and the right people in the room.
This year's programme covers AI for business and practical applications, startup and impact business growth, strategic communication, funding opportunities for responsible businesses, cybersecurity for organisations, burnout prevention and team wellbeing, inclusion and responsibility towards vulnerable groups, and Moldova–EU collaboration and growth examples. Impact Days 2026 features a mix of national and international speakers with hands-on experience in impact business, technology, communications, finance and wellbeing. The confirmed speaker list is updated regularly on this page. Sign up to be notified as new speakers are announced.
This year brings a new, more dynamic format designed to go beyond inspiration. Expect keynote sessions, panel discussions, interactive formats and dedicated networking time, so that every participant leaves with new perspectives, useful contacts and ideas they can apply directly to their own business or organisation.

Impact Days 2026 is organised by the Social Entrepreneurs Hub (AO EcoVisio) as part of the Impact Space project. The project is implemented by the East European Foundation in partnership with EcoVisio, EBA Moldova and AOPD, with financial support from Sweden.

Aliona Butacova
Founder & CEO, Hill&Valley
Aliona's path to Hill&Valley was anything but linear: four years as a Media Manager in advertising, five years in IT specialising in Data Analytics, and her own company founded in 2018. Since 2020 she has been running Hill&Valley, a modern agrotourism complex she built from the ground up. A Cultural Anthropology graduate, she spent four years travelling across more than 60 countries with her husband, originally from the United States, before they decided together that Moldova was where they would build something lasting.
Ecaterina Postolati
Psychotherapist & Facilitator
For over five years, Ecaterina has worked at the intersection of mental health and professional life, designing programmes for teams operating under sustained high pressure. As an ACT therapist and lecturer at the State University of Moldova, her approach focuses on psychological flexibility, self-compassion and burnout prevention as a long-term resilience strategy. She has worked with journalists, civil society activists and public and private sector teams alike.

Natalia Bîzgan
Founder, Creator Security
With over eight years in cybersecurity and financial investigations, Natalia has built her expertise around a gap few address: the digital vulnerabilities of content creators and senior professionals with a public online presence. Through Creator Security, she provides audits and practical tools to help people understand their digital footprint and how it can be exploited. Her core belief is that online protection is not a technical luxury but a business decision anyone can make.
Denis Zacon
AI Consultant & Trainer
Denis has trained over 4,000 people across 180 organisations, from UNICEF and UNDP to private companies and public institutions, and authored the first Generative AI course officially approved by Moldova's Ministry of Education. Before entering the AI world, he led the digitalisation of Chișinău City Hall, creating the city's first electronic municipal services used by 300,000 people. He believes artificial intelligence belongs to everyone, and proves it every time he walks into a room.

Ana Sitnic
Founder, Rozmarin Cafe
Ana built Rozmarin Cafe on the conviction that a restaurant can be both profitable and responsible. She works with local producers, actively reduces waste and engages with the community not as a marketing strategy but as a daily business practice. Today, beyond her own restaurant, she works with other hospitality entrepreneurs as a mentor and trainer, helping them move from idea to execution with clarity and solid processes.
